The Annual Picnic allows residents to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in our central common area socializing over barbecue and connecting with neighbors.

This is a fun community event in December where bags of candles and sand are prepared and distributed. Community members enjoy a cup of hot cocoa and cookies while prepping bags for drop off in advance of the lighting on December 24^th. It is a great activity for our younger residents to take part in community engagement and to meet new neighbors and is a spirited tradition that many residents look forward to all year.
